Please answer the following questions to help us better understand the makeup of our Makom Afterschool community

The following permissions and waivers are required for enrollment in Makom Afterschool. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact familyed@makomto.org

If you withdraw your child from the program before September 1, the following percentages of the full tuition amount are refundable if you've paid in full: Before June 1: 80% refund Between June 1 and June 30: 60% refund Between July 1 and July 31: 40% refund Between August 1 and August 31: 20% refund On or after September 1: no refund If you're paying in installments, the installment schedule is set so that the amounts paid each month correspond to the non-refundable portion of tuition. As such, paid installments are non-refundable. After August 1, transportation and on-site supervision fees are completely non-refundable. In a case where a student is asked to leave Makom Afterschool or ATID for disciplinary reasons, all tuition fees will be forfeit and no refund will be issued. Of course, we'd first work with the child, teacher, and parents; students will be asked to leave only as a last resort. No exceptions will be made to this policy. You will receive a charitable donation receipt for all tuition amounts paid.
