After September 1, tuition and fees are completely non-refundable. You will receive a charitable donation receipt for all tuition amounts paid. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

In the case that a child is withdrawn from the program before September 1, the following percentages of the full tuition amount are refundable:

• Before June 1: 80% refund
• Between June 1 and June 30: 60% refund
• Between July 1 and July 31: 40% refund
• Between August 1 and August 31: 20% refund
• On or after September 1: no refund

In a case where a student is asked to leave Makom Afterschool or ATID for disciplinary reasons, all tuition fees will be forfeit and no refund will be issued. (We will first work with the child, their teacher, and their family to address any issues; students will be asked to leave only as a last resort.)

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
